Full Launch includes one inspection and one re-inspection. Additional visits are scheduled and coordinated at a flat rate.
Package fees are due in full at signup. Government application, permit and inspection fees are billed separately at cost.
Owners are responsible for keeping the property in compliance, including safety equipment, building permits, code requirements and association approvals. If we find open permits, code violations or unpermitted work, we'll tell you exactly what needs to be addressed. Resolving them is the owner's responsibility and is outside our service.
Each package covers one property under one owner. A sale or ownership change starts a new file.
If your Property Check shows the address can't legally operate, you pay only the $149 and owe nothing further.
